From Pamukkale to Muğla — Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye

Muğla Province holds Turkey's southwest coast — famous turquoise waters, sandy beaches and sailing ports. From Pamukkale it's about 300 km to Bodrum / Marmaris, 3.5-4 h drive.

• Bodrum — marina town, historic castle, boutique beach clubs, buzzing nightlife.
• Marmaris — forested coast, long sandy beach, boat trips to Turunç and Içmeler.
• Fethiye & Ölüdeniz — the Blue Lagoon, paragliding from Mount Babadağ, Lycian Way trails.

Tip: For a day trip, choose one city (Bodrum is easiest). An overnight stay lets you do boat trips properly.
