How do we get to the Pamukkale travertines?
The Pamukkale travertines are about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Our reception can share up-to-date information about the nearest entrance gate and opening hours.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
The nearest airport is Denizli Çardak Airport (DNZ), 65 km from the hotel. We can arrange a pre-booked airport transfer, and there are also regular shuttle and taxi services between the airport and Pamukkale.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. For flexible times please contact reception in advance — subject to availability we can offer early check-in or late check-out.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a traditional Turkish open-buffet breakfast is included with every stay. You will find cheeses, homemade jams, fresh fruit, eggs, olives, hot drinks and fresh daily bread — served on the terrace.
Do you allow pets?
We currently do not accept pets, out of consideration for guests with allergies. Registered service / guide dogs are welcome.
